Meetings
The society meets three times a year at a venue in Bedale, North Yorkshire and once at Newton Aycliffe to exchange views, display models and to buy and sell parts and sets. Once a year in November we hold a public exhibition which has historically been in Darlington. In addition to the meetings we publish a quarterly magazine which is posted to all the members. The magazine helps keep members in touch and serves as a medium for expanding the interest in the Meccano hobby.
It is not necessary to have any Meccano at all to join the society just a love of and interest in its history and development
